Personal Lines CSR - National Insurance Company - Strong Salary and Benefits
Our client, a leading national insurance carrier with a branch location in the Philadelphia area, has an immediate need for a Customer Service Rep to handle personal lines customers.
In this role, there will be a very strong and comprehensive training program so that the Customer Service Rep develops a strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance products that the company offers. They will ultimately be talking with and assistant customers with the basic and technical insurance questions as they relate to their current policies. This is NOT a sales role, it is all customer service with existing customers, and all over the phone. Work hours in this role will be Monday through Friday, 8:45am-5pm, with a 45-minute lunch. The work week for a full-time employee is 37.5 hours. This company offers a great career path, they will develop you to be promoted within the company.
Compensation in this role will be a base salary starting in the $35k range. On top of this base salary is a fantastic benefits package. These benefits will include medical, dental and vision, flexible spending account, generous paid time off, life insurance, 401k, pension plan and more.
Requirements for this position include at least one year of personal lines insurance customer service experience. Ideally, the candidate will already have their Property & Casualty license. Should be very comfortable on the phone.
