Territory Sales Rep - Mechanical Service - Mechanical Contractor in Atlanta, GA, 30 Year Old Company. Base to $80k + Commission, Growing Company
- Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for an Outside Territory Sales Rep (internally titled "HVAC Commercial Sales Rep"), to handle a territory out of the Atlanta, GA area. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a rep in Atlanta metro to help them take this division to new heights. The Atlanta team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.
- In this position, the Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building out a new market segment within an existing and thriving client base. They will define mechanical problems, prepare project design, cost estimates, and formal project proposal documents and serve as the liaison between the customer and the project manager. They will sell directly to facility and building owners.
Compensation: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary $80K and an uncapped commission plan. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for this family-owned business!
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of proven HVAC sales success. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
