Outside Sales Representative - Industrial Lubricants in Dayton, OH. First year earnings to $75k + full benefits and company vehicle.

  • Our client, a leading distributor in the automotive and industrial communities, is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover their Dayton, Ohio territory. The territory also includes the Greater Cincinnati area.
  • This is a stable, family owned company that has been in business for more than 50 years. The company has a strong reputation in being able to provide superior services resulting in strong customer satisfaction.
  • In this role, the Outside Sales Representative will sell the company’s products to new and existing customers to increase revenue and profitability. You will have an assigned geography with an existing customer base, while actively prospecting for new business. You will be expected to promote product features and benefits, prepare bids, and negotiate prices to achieve individual revenue targets.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years of outside business to business sales experience; and 3+ years with industrial, metalworking, or fleet sales. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent training and a strong track record of success in business to business sales.

Compensation: First year total earnings near $75k. Other benefits include a company vehicle, wellness program, profit sharing, PTO, and full benefits.  The company prides themselves on long term employee retention, ongoing training and development, and opportunities for advancement.
