Outside Sales Representative - Industrial Distributor - Base Salary to $60K plus strong incentive plan, benefits, car allowance - Orlando / Central Florida

  • Our client, an international distributor of surfacing supplies and equipment, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover a multi-state territory in the South Eastern United States. 
  • Our client is headquartered out of the South East, and has been in business for over 80 years.  They are a 100% employee-owned company and have earned a stellar reputation by providing exceptional customer service and technical support to their core industries. 
  • In this role the Sales Rep will be responsible for selling industrial equipment, supplies, and service agreements to manufacturers, installers, dealers, and end-users in Florida, Southern Georgia, and Southern Alabama.  This is a well-established territory, so the Rep will be primarily focused on developing and growing existing key accounts.  They will provide technical support and recommendations for tooling and machinery to fit customers’ needs, while developing strong relationships and rapport with decision makers.

Compensation: Our client offers a base salary around $60k, plus a lucrative incentive plan that should take first-year earnings to $90k+.  The benefits package includes full healthcare, and retirement, along with a car allowance, cell phone, laptop, and generous PTO.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience selling in to the industrial sector. The position requires a clean driving record. Bachelor’s Degree and Spanish Language skills preferred.
