- For more than 75 years, our client has proudly served the business community in the Southeast, providing a variety of corporate workspace solutions. They currently have an immediate need for a skilled Outside Sales Representative (internally titled "Territory Sales Representative") in their Saint Petersburg, FL market. In this role, the Outside Sales Representative will sell workplace solutions to companies of all sizes within their assigned region.
- The goal of the Territory Sales Rep will be focus on new business development. As such, this role will begin with hunting for new business and then transition to account management. The TSR will work directly with clients, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You will be on the front lines of our business, promoting and selling the company’s services and gathering valuable market intelligence. This is a key role with a growing regional company, helping to expand this key service line.
- The Territory Sales Rep will work to find their own leads, work the industry networking groups, attend trade shows and more. The company has a fantastic name in the industry. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and develop in this role while earning an excellent income. They also have a fantastic training program. Industry experience is not required in this role, just a strong business to business sales background.
Compensation includes a strong base salary up to $65k plus an-capped commission plan that will allow you to earn above and beyond the base salary as you exceed goals. On top of this, the company provides a cell phone, laptop, a monthly car allowance as well as a monthly gas allowance. Full Healthcare, 401K, LTD, STD, and additional benefits.
Requirements for this position include 2-5 years of successful business to business sales experience. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional that has a strong hunter mentality. A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
