Key Account Manager - National Workplace Solutions Provider - Base Salary to $90k + Bonus, Excellent Benefits

  • Our client, a leading national provider of workplace and logistics solutions to some of the largest companies in the world, has an immediate need for skilled Key Account Manager.  This person will work on location at their largest customer, and exclusively handle the various needs of this key client.
  • As a summary, the Account Manager will work to maintain and build relationships with various contacts within this key customer account.  The general goal of their service being to help achieve company sales goals and account objectives.  Duties include representing the company’s products to the assigned customer; leading account planning; making sure the assigned customer’s needs are being met; establishing and growing professional relationships with all of the key contacts within this customer; coordinating all the company’s internal service, support and management staff in order to effective service the customer’s needs; lead solution development for the customer; and maintain incredible customer service.  Upon interest, a full and complete job description can be provided.

Compensation includes a strong base salary up to $90k plus a bonus program that will take your annual income to $100k.  On top of this, the company provides an excellent benefits package that will include full healthcare, 401K, LTD, STD, and additional benefits.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelors Degree along with at least 5 years of successful account management experience, ideally handling a large customer or key accounts.  Excellent customer service and relationship building skills are a must, along with some business to business sales experience.  Candidate should have experience handling large corporate meetings with customers.  Due to the nature of the customer’s business, candidate should have a solid technical aptitude to understand current technology.
