Inside Sales Representative - PVF Distributor - $50K Salary plus Quarterly Commissions and Benefits - Ann Arbor, MI

Our Client, a privately-owned company that has been in business for over 75 years and are a regional leader in the distribution of industrial and commercial products, is seeking an experienced PVF Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Ann Arbor.

Responsibilities of the PVF Inside Sales Representative will include:

  • Increases sales and customer satisfaction by assisting telephone customers with product selection.
  • Engages customers using positive and professional communications. Works cooperatively with other team members to service customers and to meet sales expectations.
  • Advises, assists, and actively upsells all customers on complimentary products above and beyond the original order. 
  • Sells and promotes product lines of stock and alternative suggestions for those that request other products, successfully moves customer to in stock products. 
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for pricing and quotations, scheduling deliveries and installations, addressing complaints, and providing customer follow-ups. 
  • Creates quotes and sales tickets. Researches credits, returns, and payments. 

Compensation: Base Salary of $50K plus quarterly commissions. Excellent benefit package, 401K, ESOP plan and more.

Requirements:  Ideal candidate has 1+ years of PVF Sales Experience with Plumbing/HVAC systems. They will also possess a Bachelor Degree.
