Inside Sales Manager - Industrial Product Manufacturer - Greensboro/Winston Salem, NC Area - Base to $65k + Bonus to $100k, Full Benefits
- Our client, an industry leading industrial product manufacturer, has an immediate need for an accomplished Inside Sales Manager to be based out of their Winston-Salem facility. This position will report to the Director of Sales and will play a critical role in driving sales growth for the company.
- In this role, the Inside Sales Manager will oversee and coordinate all Inside Sales activities and develop sales process improvements. The Inside Sales Manager will hire, train, supervise, and coach a team of Inside Sales Reps to ensure strong performance. They will work directly with key accounts, and will participate in proactive sales activities including identifying upselling opportunities with existing customers and making outbound prospecting calls. The Inside Sales Manager will lead regular pipeline meetings, and will keep company leadership informed if sales metrics.
Compensation for this position will include a solid base salary up to $65,000, along with a lucrative commission package that will take total earnings up to $100k in the first year. Requirements for this position include at least 3 years of sales management experience in the industrial sector. They should have a proven track record of managing inside sales teams, along with effective customer service and cold-calling skills.
