HRIS Analyst - Industrial Manufacturer - York, PA. $75K plus Great Benefits package.
Our client, a stable, global manufacturing company, has an immediate need for a HRIS Specialist in the York, PA area. Our client has been in business for over 100 years and has a stellar reputation. They are a continually growing company.
In this position, the HRIS Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the HRIS talent modules on a global scale.
Duties will include:
- Participate in the expansion and further development of the talent modules of the HRIS System
•Maintain all elements of HRIS talent modules including goal plans, performance forms, competencies, route maps, all elements of the applicant tracking system, etc.
•Perform security administration functions, including maintaining a security matrix for HRIS software access, configuring security within the applications, etc.
•Educate the user community on HRIS talent modules including the development of training materials, presenting training sessions, and assisting users on a one-on-one basis when needed.
•Interface with Success Factors regarding on-going upgrades to the system and determine timing and roll out and training regarding upgrades to the user community.
•Maintain user community documentation including application documentation, user manuals, etc. on HRIS intranet site.
•Provide day-to-day support to the user community, including periodic on-call responsibilities.
•Provide analysis and analytical support to the HR Department through creation of reports, spreadsheets and data grids as requested.
•Provide support for reporting and overall metrics within the system.
Compensation: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary between $65-$75K along a comprehensive benefits package with full healthcare, purchase stock options, 401k (with automatic employer match), PTO and much more.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on Information Systems coupled with at least 2 years of related experience on a global scale.
