- In the Management Trainee program, a Trainee would come in to the company into a hands-on Field Service Rep role. In this position, you would be working out in the field, mentored by a Senior Field Service Rep. The role of a Field Service Rep is to work within the customer location, which is a nationally known home improvement products retailer. These are existing customers and relationships. The Field Service role is to make sure the company’s products are being optimized within the store location to maximize sales of the product. Through this training role, you will learn everything you need to know about the products, the merchandising of the products, store marketing, and client relationship building. Once up to speed, the goal is to be promoted into an Area Manager role. In the Area Manager role, you will lead and direct 2-3 Field Service Reps in a multi-store region.
Compensation for this position includes a starting base salary in the $40k+ range, plus a solid bonus and incentive plan that should take you to around $50k in your first year. In addition, the benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Drug insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401k with a company match and more.
Requirements for this position are a Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience in a sales or service related role. Recent college graduates will also be considered.
