Our client, a strong and stable Denver, CO based industrial service provider, has an immediate need for a skilled Executive Admin to support the company’s long-time General Manager.  This is the top Executive in the company, so this is a very important support role.  This company is a long-time industry leader, being founded in Denver and operating as a company for more than 60 years in the market.

In this Executive Admin role, this candidate will provide daily administrative and operations support to the General Manager.  This will be a wide variety of tasks as needed and will include:  Assisting with travel schedule and meeting arrangements, some basic accounting tasks including general payroll entry and accounts payable tasks, generating and preparing general sales and operational reports via MS Excel and SQL, special projects as required, writing e-mail and mail correspondences, general phone support and more.  The General Manager is a strong leader, and has been running this company for more than 20 years.

Compensation in this position will include a base salary in the $50k-$60k range, depending on experience level.  In addition, the company offers an outstanding benefits package that will include medical, dental, vision, 401k, company bonus, paid time off, paid holidays and more.

Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of administrative support, directly supporting a key executive.  Candidate will also need strong computer skills in both Excel and SQL as this person will be involved in using and pulling database reports for the General Manager.  Candidate should be mature, professional and comfortable working with confidential company information.
