Equipment Sales Manager - Leadership Role - Leading Commercial HVAC Supplier - Base to $200k + Incentives - Columbia, MD
- Our client, a strong privately-owned Commercial HVAC Equipment Supplier, has an immediate need for an Equipment Sales Manager to be based out of the Columbia, MD area.
- Our client has a stellar reputation in the Mid-Atlantic, and has been providing HVAC solutions to building owners and contractors for more than 30 years. The company represents some of the premiere manufacturers in the commercial HVAC industry, and is constantly growing and evolving to meet the needs of their customers.
- In this role, the Equipment Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing, directing, and mentoring a team of independent equipment sales representatives in the Mid-Atlantic. The Sales Manager will work closely with reps to grow and develop customer relationships, and to uncover sales opportunities. They will ensure that Sales and Gross Profit goals are met by developing business plans, assessing market potential, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing market share. The Sales Manager will provide overall leadership for all Equipment sales activities, and will be involved in the development and implementation of large-scale projects. This position will report directly to the President, and will be critical to the continued growth of the organization.
Compensation: Will include a base salary up to $200k along with a lucrative incentive package. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, paid time off, and much more.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Equipment Sales Manager position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of direct sales management experience in the Commercial HVAC industry. They should have demonstrated leadership skills and a strong record of success in leading a sales division.
