Dispatch Manager - Commercial Fleet / Transportation & Moving Industry - Base to $60k, Bonus, Full Benefits

  • For more than 75 years, our client has proudly served the national business community, providing a variety of corporate moving and relocation solutions. They currently have an immediate need for a skilled Dispatch Manager in their St. Petersburg / Clearwater, FL location.
  • In this role, the Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for the daily scheduling of production activity.  This person will plan the assignments of field personnel and equipment so to complete warehouse work and complete service orders.  They will plan the work and the routing of jobs and crews in order to meet the needs of the customers, adhere to safety and work efficiently.  The Dispatcher will work directly with production crew members, giving them their daily job assignments.  They will also be the front line supervisor for the Production Crew.  Upon interest, a full job description will be shared with much more detail on this role.

Compensation in this position will be a base salary in the $50k-$60k range, plus an annual bonus.  The benefits are solid and include Healthcare, 401K, LTD, STD, generous paid time off and additional benefits.

Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of related dispatch experience in the transportation, moving or storage industry.  An Associate Degree is preferred.
