  • Our Client, a leading warehouse, logistics and transportation company, has an immediate need for a Director of Training & Organizational Development in Jacksonville, FL. Our client has a national presence and is currently in a period of rapid growth. The company is a stable organization and has been in business for more than 75 years.
  • In this role, the Director of Training & OD will be responsible for redefining the company’s leadership development program. The successful candidate will also take charge of reviewing internal talent to aid in succession planning, rolling out new performance appraisal guidelines, assisting in compensation planning, utilizing psychometric assessments to determine organization and more.
  • The Director of Training & OD will also help guide the company’s management team in implementing new and creative ways to coach and develop their direct reports. Our client is looking for someone that is not afraid to get involved in the day to day planning of leadership development, they are looking for someone who can pull from past experiences and create new processes specifically for their business.
  • This position will report directly to the Senior VP of Human Resources but will have heavy interaction with C level Executives as well.

Compensation will include a strong base salary in the $100k+ range.  In addition, the benefits are excellent and will include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k with a company match, education allowance, flexible paid time off and more.  This client is open to relocating the right individual for this role

Requirements for this position include 8+ Years of Training and Organizational Development experience in a service based industry. A Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
