Customer Service Manager - Industrial Product Manufacturer - Winston-Salem, NC - Base to $65k + Bonus to $100k, Full Benefits
- Our client, an industry leading industrial product manufacturer, has an immediate need for an accomplished Customer Service Manager to be based out of their Winston-Salem facility. This position will report to the Director of Sales and will play a critical role in improving customer service for the company.
- In this role, the Customer Service Manager will oversee and coordinate all Inside customer service related activities and work to improve all of the related processes as they relate to how customer service is handled. The Inside Sales Manager will hire, train, supervise, and coach a team of Inside Customer Service Reps to ensure strong performance. The Customer Service Manager will lead regular meetings and will keep company leadership informed of key customer issues. This person will also handle process imporvement.
Compensation for this position will include a solid base salary up to $65,000, along with a bonus package that will can total earnings up to $100k in the first year. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision), 401k, expense account, generous paid time off and more.
Requirements for this position include at least 3 years of customer service management experience, ideally in the industrial sector. They should have a proven track record of managing customer service / call center teams, along with effective customer service, management and process improvement skills.
