Customer Service / Office Support / General Bookkeeping - Industrial Company - Base to $52k + Benefits
- Our client, an industrial based business in the York, PA area, has an immediate need for a skilled Customer Service / Office Support professional to support their busy team.
- The person in this role will wear many hats, as they will handle everything from customer service to sales support to general office administration tasks. This a customer focused role, and a fast-paced environment. This person will handle incoming calls and talk directly with customers, assist the parts and the service team, order parts, monitor and manage inventory, process work orders, handle general bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and billing within QuickBooks, and more.
Compensation will include a base salary in the $40,000 - $52,000 range. Also included is a strong comprehensive benefits package that will include medical, dental, 401k with a company match, generous paid time off and more.
Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of customer support experience, handling accounts and scheduling service technicians. Candidate must have a working knowledge of MS Office as well as QuickBooks. Must be great with people and enjoy being on the phone throughout the day.
