Contract Administrator with Mechanical Product Company in Baltimore near BWI. Executive Support. Base Salary to $50k.

Our client, a strong and stable mechanical product and services company headquartered in the Baltimore, MD area, has an immediate need for a skilled Executive Level Administrative professional for a Contract Administrator role.  This roll will handle both extensive contract review and full administrative support to the company’s Controller, COO and the VP of HR.

In terms of specific duties in this position, the main role of this position will be to review, update and maintain all customer and corporate contracts.  This will include preparing weekly and monthly reports and management presentations using Excel and PowerPoint as an advanced user.  In addition, this role will be responsible for gathering, reviewing and managing signatures, contracts, purchase orders approvals, maintaining certificated of insurance, credit card receipts and more with the CFO.  Outside of these contracts related tasks, this person will also provide general level executive support to the Executive Team, helping to organize materials for board meetings, reserve conference rooms, travel arrangements and more as needed.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the $45k-$50k range, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements include at least 5 years of administrative support to upper level personnel.  In addition, candidate must have experience reviewing contracts electronically, and have an advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.  An Associated Degree is preferred.  Use and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, though not required.
