Commercial Roofing Project Manager - Industry Leader - Base to $85k, Bonus, Amazing Benefits

  • Our client, a leading national commercial roofing contractor, has an immediate need for a skilled Project Manager to support commercial roofing projects in their Charlotte, NC market. The company is well known in their industry and have a wonderful reputation as a great place to work and grow a career in the construction world.
  • In this position, the Project Manager’s role is to handle all the back-end functions for the field service team.  The PM will work closely with the Service Manager and their team to help coordinate all labor efforts and material purchasing.  The PM will handle all strategic planning, they will review each project on a daily basis, and monitor all productivity, quality and customer service issues.  Will also verify estimates, review project drawings, create work schedules, and more.  Handle financial management of the project, from reviewing budget info to monitoring all the purchasing and labor costs of the projects.  Additional tasks include interacting with contractors, suppliers, vendors and the customers; monitoring codes and regulations; and making recommendations on certain procedures.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the $75k-$85k range, plus a solid bonus program on top of the base salary.  The company also offers a very strong benefits package that will include medical, dental, vision, a 401k with a generous company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and more.

Requirements in this position include at least 3 years of experience in managing commercial roofing projects.  This experience should include a strong focus on customer relations, commercial roofing materials and project requirements.
