Branch Manager - Power Equipment - Lead Team of 10 Staff - Strong Base Salary to $60k + Bonus, Excellent Benefits

  • Our client, a growing industrial and residential outdoor power equipment company, has an immediate need for a skilled Branch Manager in their Middletown, OH area branch location.  The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 10 staff members that will include administrative, parts staff, field service techs and a driver.
  • In terms of specific duties in this role, the Branch Manager will:  Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations; Assure proper staffing levels based on the current workload; Oversee scheduling, planning & assigning work to the Technicians; resolve all customer issues and handle all quality assurance of work being performed; manage all costs and budgeting; be involved in developing strategy on how to improve quality of service; manage inventory; offer hands-on support in the field with direct reports; and more.  Upon interest, a full job description will be provided.
  • This company and branch location offer a fantastic work environment.  The company is strong and stable financially, and has extremely low employee turnover.  The average tenure for the staff is between 10-20 years.

Compensation in this role will be a base salary in the $55k to $60k range.  The company also adds a strong annual bonus program along with excellent benefits.

Qualifications, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a branch manager role leading staff, plus some industry experience in the outdoor power equipment industry.
