Assistant Operations Manager - Building Products Distributor - Up to $100k - Bethlehem, PA

Our client, a leading regional building products dealer, has a need for an Assistant Operations Manager out of its corporate HQ in the Bethlehem area. This position offers you the chance to be an important voice in streamlining production processes, making staffing decisions, and continue to train and learn to continue your career growth. Responsibilities: You will train, supervise, and evaluate team members. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, evaluate productivity data and activity reports. This position will take a hands-on approach to daily operations including all products in and out of the warehouse.
Compensation: Along with a strong salary up to $100k, you’ll be offered a top-notch benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance programs, and 401k.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management and 5+ years in a leadership role with similar operational experience. Must have LEAN experience and JIT experience preferred.
