Architectural Sales Rep - Commercial Construction Product, Concrete Industry - Base to $100k, Total Comp to $130k + Excellent Benefits

  • Our client, a strong and growing precast concrete manufacturer with multiple manufacturing locations throughout the United States, has an immediate need for a skilled Architectural Sales Rep for their Texas market.  The ideal home location for this candidate will be Dallas, TX.  This is remote based role.
  • In this Architectural Sales role, the Rep will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the architectural precast products all over the state of Texas.  The candidate will handle both existing customers and contacts as well as work to build and grow new customers in the market.  This person will work with engineering, operations and estimating teams to determine the scope of projects, and the pricing for job bids.  They will establish and/or maintain relationships with architects, engineers and general contractors in Texas.  They will attend trade shows and industry conventions.

Compensation in this role will be a solid base salary in the $80k-$100k range, with flexibility based on experience.  On top of the salary will be a bonus and commission plan that should take you in to the $100k-$130k range in terms of total compensation.  The company also offers a strong monthly car allowance, comprehensive medical benefits, pair time off, 401k and much more.

Requirements for this position include a strong construction sales background, with experience selling an architectural building product.  The ideal background would be experience selling architectural precast products, though this specific experience is not required.  Candidate should have experience both selling and then seeing the entire process through, from preconstruction and bidding to finalized project.  Commercial construction experience is a must.
