- Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Territory Sales Representative (internally titled Maintenance Sales Representative), to handle a territory out of the Fort Collins area. Our client has been in business for over 50 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a representative in Fort Collins to help them take this division to new heights. This is an in office/client facing position and will report to their branch in Fort Collins. The Fort Collins team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture. - In this position, the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers, as well as handling renewals on service agreements. The Territory Sales Representative will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 1+ year of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 65k/year and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another 20k – 25k in the first year and put you well into the six figure range in 2-3 years.
