Our client, a worldwide building product manufacturer and distributor, with a major hub location just outside of Atlanta in Lawrenceville, GA, is looking for a strong candidate to enter in to their company’s exclusive Territory Sales Trainee Program.

  • This is a strong long-term career opportunity to grow into a Territory Sales role, that will start with an amazing training program. This is role is open due to continuous internal promotions from this program to bigger and more responsible roles.  The company is a very successful privately owned company that is a growing leader in their field.   • In the Territory Sales Trainee role, you will be groomed to be promoted into a more advanced Territory Sales position with this company within 6-18 months. As this is a hands on business and sales focused training program, you will start initially in the warehouse, where you will learn the products and the operation through a very hands on role.  From there, you will start to develop into an inside sales and account management role, being mentored by a talented internal sales team and experienced sales leadership.  The goal of this program is to help you learn all about their business and their sales process.  You will learn about their customers and what they do. You will learn how they manage their clients, how they sell their products, and how they do just about everything in the branch.  In terms of customer contact, this is strictly a business to business sales environment.

Compensation for this position includes a starting base salary in the $40k range, plus a solid bonus and incentive plan that should put your 1st year annual income in the $50k range if you are performing to expectation.  In addition, the benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Drug insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401k with a company match and more.

Requirements for this position are a Bachelors Degree.  No professional experience required.
