Territory Sales Rep - Leading Manufacturer - Strong Career Growth Path - Base to 60k
Growth based Role. More of an educational sale, than a direct cold call sale. Territory Sales Job. Will become Product expert. $45k-$55k base + $10k bonus.
Our client, a growing and expanding building products manufacturer, has an immediate need for a Territory Sales Rep in their Raleigh, NC market. This role will focus on educating the market on the products and helping drive demand and sales back through the distributors.
This is very much of a growth based sales role for the company. This role is less direct “selling” and more of an opportunity to influence buyers to contact and purchase through the distributors in the region. As such, this role is focused on informing about the product line, being a product expert, building long term relationships and to help drive product sales through the distribution channels. In this market, the Territory Sales Rep will call on builders, architects and contractors to educate and drive demand for the products. As this is the initial sales role into this company, the company will look to groom and develop this person into larger Area and Regional Sales Manager roles.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the $45k-$55k, with a solid bonus and incentive program that should add another $10k in bonuses in the first year. Requirements for this position include at least 2 years of business to business sales experience with a solid track record of sales success. A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
