Our client, a strong and well-established business service based business serving the Denver market, has an immediate need for a skilled Sales Professional to join their team. This territory will include areas in and around the local Denver Metro business market. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established sales professional looking for a solid outside business to business sales career with a great company. The incoming Sales Rep will be able to learn the industry and develop by working directly with a very knowledgeable leadership team.
In this role, the Sales Rep will be trained and developed to help build the company’s revenues by selling their business services to potential businesses all over the region. This would include small and large businesses, with a strong focus in the industrial business sector. This position focuses on new business sales as there is a heavy focus on new business generation and hunting for new customers. The successful candidate will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the $52k range plus a strong commission package. The company has a fantastic training program to help get you up to speed quickly. Then your base salary will increase as you reach certain promotion points. Regarding the commission, a good performing Sales Rep for the company will usually earn commission fairly quickly, and can expect to be in the $70k-$80k range in the first year. Top achievers can certainly get in to the $90k+ range. The company also offers an excellent benefits package, a strong car allowance of $550 per month, cell phone, medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation and more. There will also be performance based bonuses on occasion.

Requirements include a Bachelors Degree, a competitive and aggressive personality, and a desire to grow a career in outside sales. A candidate should have between 2-5 years of success sales experience, ideally in a hunting based sales role. Candidates that desire to grow into an Outside Sales role will also be considered.
