Our client, a national industrial safety product manufacturer, has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep to handle a territory that will cover all of Southern, GA.

In this role, you will be set up for success as the company provides strong sales leads, a lucrative commission structure with no cap on your income potential, a strong internal support team, and a wonderful team based working environment.
As a Territory Sales Rep with this company, you will be selling directly to the end user customer base with will include many different interesting industries. These will include manufacturing facilities of all kinds, transportation industry, aircraft manufacturers, military, government and many more. Often your will be selling to management and safety personnel at companies within the Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 range. The products you sell make sure your customer’s employees stay safe while at work. You will work remotely out of your home-based office, so no daily commute in to an office. You will hunt for new business as well as develop and maintain strong recurring business relationships. In this role you will be asked to prepare estimates and technical proposals, as you do site visits to consult with potential customers. You will maintain the CRM database with sales leads and customer information. You will build strategic sales plans for your territory. You will attend trade shows and industry network events as a company representative and product expert. There is some travel in the role, but not overly extensive, being around 30% overnight travel.
The position offers a starting base salary in the $50k range, plus a lucrative commission package that will add another $10k-$20k on top of the base in year one, with year two earnings to exceed $100K. Ultimately, the commission plan is uncapped, so the income potential is unlimited. Requirements for this position include at least two years of outside sales experience, preferably selling industrial or safety products to an industrial and/or manufacturing customer base. Should have a solid background in hunting for new business. Candidate will have a very competitive personality. The ideal candidate will be a solutions sales professional, with experience in engineering and fabrication along with installation of new products.
