Territory Sales Rep for well known Construction Equipment company in Rochester, NY. Take over well performing territory. Base to $50k + bonus, car, incentives.
Our client, a strong and stable construction equipment dealer has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep to handle a well performing territory located in and around the Rochester, NY market.
This company is strong and stable, with over 30 years of business in the region. They are very well known in the construction industry, with a large client roster of happy repeat customers. They represent some of the best equipment manufacturers in the industry and provide top notch customer service and support.
In this Territory Sales role, this Outside Sales based position will focus on both equipment sales and rental sales of these premier lines of equipment. This is very much of a solutions based sale, and a role that will combine both hunting for new business as well as managing accounts and growing deeper relationships with existing customers. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the $50k range plus a strong bonus and incentive plan. Total annual income should be around $75k total. In addition, the benefits are solid and will include a company car, a laptop and cell phone, full health, dental and vision, a 401k plan and more.
Requirements for this position include a college degree along with at least 3 years of outside sales experience, selling to construction related contacts. The ideal candidate will have sold construction equipment or rentals, and have a documented track record of success.
