Territory Sales Manager, Building Products Manufacturer / High End Windows & Doors. Total Comp to $100k + Car, Laptop, Cell, Full Benefits. Southern, CA.

Our client, a strong building product manufacturer and distributor, has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep in their Southern California market.  In this role, the Territory Sales Rep will sell a high end line of window and door products to dealers, niche retailers, architects, and builders.

This is a well performing territory already.  The goal of this additional Territory Sales Rep will be to come in, and help divide a much larger territory in to two more manageable territories.  As such, this incoming Rep will receive excellent training and mentoring from the existing Territory Sales Rep.  This person will take over a strong base of current accounts.  In addition to managing this base of customers, the Territory Sales Rep will also be asked to hunt and grow new business as well.  The role will be field based, so you will work out of a field based office.  The breakdown of this specific territory would include all areas east of I-5 and north of 91.  This would include Pasadena, Arcadia, La Puente, Pomona, and San Bernardino.

The company has a fantastic name in the industry, and the product line is very well known for quality.  There is a lot of opportunity to grow and develop in this role while earning an excellent income.

Compensation includes a strong base salary and lucrative commission plan that will put you around the $100k mark in your first year.  On top of this, the company provides a cell phone, laptop, a month car allowance as well as a monthly gas allowance.

Requirements for this position include 2-5 years of building materials sales experience, ideally selling to the architectural and dealer market.  The ideal background would have specific windows sales experience, but that is not required.
