**RESPONSIBILITIES** 

  • We are currently looking for a relationship focused, Senior level Professional Recruiter to take on the most senior level and complex search assignments spanning our National Sales & Management client base by working on sourcing candidates for skilled Direct Hire positions...and to generally take part in working with our team to spread joy and fun in our daily work lives.
  • As a Senior Recruiter you will not only tackle the most complex positions, but also serve as a mentor and resource for more Junior and Trainee level Recruiters across the firm.
  • A key factor that separates AllSearch from other firms is the ability to find employee resources for our clients that other search mediums simply can not find. Not only do we generate the cream of the crop in talent but we build relationships with our candidates that last.
  • Our clients range from small growing businesses, to mid-sized cutting edge companies who are changing industry, to large established Fortune 500 organizations.
  • At AllSearch, you will not be running ads and fielding incoming calls (though you will benefit directly from the companies deep investment in both on your behalf), rather, you will be asked to search the market through a variety of creative methods, find great talent, master internet searching, make outbound phone calls, dig for referrals, and build lasting relationships on a daily basis.
  • To that end, to thoroughly and intensely support you in being the best Recruiter you can be, AllSearch provides all the best possible tools needed to be great, including a massive long curated internal candidate database program, extensive sales, marketing, and training support from some of the top producing recruiters in the industry who founded the firm, a DEEP existing client base spanning hundreds of national clients, and top quality truly A-Level open orders to recruit on, an internal job posting website, industry leading social media support, and plenty more!

**REQUIREMENTS** 

  • Five or more years of proven recruiting success, preferably in an search firm environment (temp staffing is not the same, but is an amazing training ground to take the next step into Professional/Executive Search), a friendly and customer service, relationship minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, strong organizational skills and strong computer skills is preferred.
  • BS or BA degree is preferred, as proper search is about solving very complex business challenges.
  • Previous sales and/or relational customer service experience in any industry is preferred.

**COMPENSATION** 

  • AllSearch offers a reliable base salary plus a very strong monthly commission and bonus package.  Recruiters can easily make well over $100k per year, some less, others more, you'll have every single market leading tool and system to maximize your abilities.  As a Recruiter, you will have constant training and mentoring, immediate access to our large client base and their open positions, and deep support of complimentary business departments all working to fuel the Recruiting team. As such, you will be able to hit the ground running from day one.
