Regional Sales Manager - Worldwide Relocation Solutions Provider - Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions, To $120k

  • Our client, a worldwide leader providing relocation solutions to large international companies, government entities and private individuals for over 50 years, has an immediate need for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to be based out of Houston, TX.  The territory is rather large and will handle Texas and then north to the Canadian border.
  • In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business for their worldwide relocation service group, which targets small to mid-sized corporations that have a mobile workforce.  This person will be primarily hunting for new business, finding prospects and building a pipeline, then ultimately developing and closing the business relationship.  This is a very consultative type of sale, selling to C-suite contacts, with a long sales cycle.
  • This is a remote, field-based role with a lot of flexibility to work in the field as needed.  This position will probably include around 30% travel.  The company also has a physical location in Houston, where you will be asked to spend one day a week in the facility as well.

Compensation includes a strong base salary in the $75k-$80k range, with some flexibility based upon experience.  On top of this will be an uncapped commission package that should push the annual income to the $120k range.  The company provides a cell phone, laptop, a monthly car allowance as well as a monthly gas allowance, full Healthcare, 401K, LTD, STD, and additional benefits.

Requirements for this position include at least 3 years of successful new business sales experience within the office relocation / mobility industry.  Candidate should have experience selling to C-suite contacts and have sold in a long sales cycle environment.  Should have sales experience both CRP/GMS/GMS-T designations are strongly preferred.  A college degree is also required.
