Our client, a large regional commercial and residential roofing contractor, has an immediate need for a skilled Sales Account Manager for their growing sales and business development team.  This position will be based out of the Tampa, Florida location.

This company is one of the largest roofing contractors in the Southeast, with a strong track record of success and growth.  They offer a stable place to grow your career, and lucrative and professional career path.

In this role, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for hunting for new business, targeting both commercial property managers as well as qualified homeowners.  This person will sell maintenance solutions, roof repair and full roof replacements on both the commercial and residential side of the industry.  To be successful in this role, the Sales Account Manager will need to provide accurate material and labor takeoffs, create detailed sales proposals and conduct top notch sales presentations to the customer.  The person in this role must enjoy hunting for new business, and landing new customers.  An appetite for new business is a must.

Compensation in this position will include a base salary in the $65k-$75k range along with a lucrative commission package that can take you to $125k in total income by year two.  This will also include a fantastic benefits package that will include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, car package, cell phone and more.

The background required in this position is a strong sales background in the commercial and residential roofing industry.  Candidate should have experience hunting for new business, calling on property managers as well as homeowners.
