Building / Construction Product. Philly/Jersey/NYC Territory. Base to $100k. Selling an architectural product line into the architectural community.
Our client, a strong and well established leader in the architectural and construction building industry, has an immediate need for a skilled Regional Sales Rep to sell an architectural product line into the architectural community. This territory will include Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York as the primary market.
This role will focus on establishing and acquiring new customer accounts and new projects as well as growing and expanding key accounts. This Regional Sales Rep will attend pre-bid meeting, do site visits, prepare sales proposals, present lunch and learn sessions to designers and engineers and more.
In terms of compensation, this position will offer a base salary up to around $100k. This is number is flexible depending on the background and experience level of the candidate. There is a solid incentive package on top of the base salary, that will be based on both individual and team performance. The company will provide a monthly car allowance, a monthly gas allowance, laptop, cell phone, fantastic healthcare benefits, 401k, paid time off and more.
Requirements for this position include a track record of sales success in the building and construction products world, selling specifically to the architectural market. A Bachelors Degree is required, ideally in the field of Architectural Design, or a similar discipline.
