Our client, one of the most successful Insurance companies in the Baltimore area, has a need for a Senior Technical Support Rep who has begun moving in the direction of Network Administration. You will join a top notch team of roughly 20 Technologists who support a all manner of internal business system functions at this 150 person company.
Our client provides a wide range of Insurance Products to the insurance industry and is known as one of the most cutting edge insurance firms around. They have a history of stellar employee tenure, award winning culture, for example they still fully pay 100% of an employee benefits for their entire family.
For this Network Administrator role, they are seeking someone with roughly 3-5 years of Windows oriented Technical Support, and at least 1 year of Network Server support within an Active Directory environment. Windows 2008+, Office 365, Exchange online, some light VMware exposure and perhaps some A+/Network+ oriented certs are beneficial. You will be involved with LAN/WAN technologies, capacity planning, working within a collaborative technology team, and still supporting with some of the more challenging Desktop support issues.
The compensation is impressive, offering a starting base salary in the mid $60k’s plus an annual bonus pool that the company has never missed, plus fully paid family healthcare.
