**ROLE** 

  • The Marketing Assistant will serve a key role on the Operations Team, in support of a thriving Recruiting enterprise, in researching, compiling, and analyzing all manner of marketing data that will support our Business Development and Recruiting Teams in working toward an ever more efficient and powerful
  • We are currently looking for an analytically thinking team member who is able to take on deep market research projects, scour the internet, digital media, social media, existing databases, and sources yet unknown in search of a wide range of data. You'll then analyze and make sense of it, and then present it in a manner that is usable for Sales and Recruiting resources within various teams at AllSearch.
  • You'll be tasked with aggressively increasing user basis within all Social channels, you'll build mass contact campaigns, improve metrics, and bring new contact ideas to the table.
  • Our Professional Recruiters are responsible for "Building a Network" by creatively sourcing and screening the best talent for our clients, the Marketing Assistant will partake in a wide range of complex information gathering tasks in key support of our core complex national recruiting efforts.
  • AllSearch clients range from small growing business to large established Fortune 500 organizations, all across the United States as well as Internationally.
  • The Marketing Assistant will serve as a collaborative team member in support of Management, Sales, Recruiting and Accounting divisions within AllSearch, with the aim of digging up, analyzing and delivering unique information that others can neither find, nor make sense of.

**REQUIREMENTS** 

  • High competency with tech tools, social media, etc
  • Must be able to build Ad Campaigns within Facebook, Twitter, and Google Adwords
  • Experience in providing Marketing support for a sales based organization preferred, though not required
  • BS or BA degree in Business or Marketing preferred
