  • AllSearch, a 15 year old National Professional Search Firm headquartered in York, PA has an opening for a Senior Recruiter/Division Manager to tackle the most challenging national recruiting needs of our clients within one of our most long standing, reputable, and successful divisions, our Technology Recruiting Practice
  • By coming to work with AllSearch, you will be joining a strong and stable search firm that recruits for a deep base of clients located all over North America, so far 46 states, 6 countries, and counting.

  • The most exciting aspect of this role, is that you will be groomed and positioned to take on the top leadership role within our Technology Recruiting practice, and be well supported as you grow your team, integrating with one of the deepest Technology candidate and client bases in the Mid-Atlantic region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES** 

  • We are looking for a relationship focused, Senior level Professional Recruiter to take on a wide range of Direct Hire and Contract oriented Technology searches for a wide range of long standing clients...and to generally take part in working with our team and building the Technology Practice that you'll be being groomed to take over, while spreading joy and fun in our daily work lives.
  • Our Professional Recruiters are responsible for creatively sourcing and screening the very best talent for our clients.  Every search firm says that, and then simply trolls the same sources, AllSearch actually does what the others say they will. You may have a lot to learn coming here especially if you've mostly only dealt with in-bound candidate flow, but we'll teach and support you like you've never experience in a job before.
  • As a Senior Recruiter you will not only tackle the most complex positions, but also serve as a mentor and resource for more Junior and Trainee level Recruiters across the firm.
  • As the one being groomed to take over ownership of the Technology Recruiting practice, you will work with the current Managing Director who is one of the companies founders, to maximize his long standing, deep, rich, extensive network to insure your teams success.
  • Our clients range from small growing software firms, to mid-sized cutting edge tech companies who are changing industry, to large established tech teams within Fortune 500 organizations.
  • At AllSearch, you will not be running ads and fielding incoming calls (though you will benefit from a huge company investment in systems that do in fact create high quality, albeit low volume in-bound candidate flow) rather you will be asked to search the market through a variety of creative methods, find great talent, master internet searching, make outbound phone calls, dig for referrals, and build lasting relationships on a daily basis.
  • To that end, to thoroughly and intensely support you in being the best Recruiter you can be, and your Tech team being thriving, AllSearch provides all the best possible tools needed to be great, including a massive long curated internal candidate database program, extensive sales and business development support, heavy modern marketing support, and training support from some of the top producing recruiters in the industry who founded the firm. As well as a DEEP existing client base spanning hundreds of national clients, and top quality truly A-Level open orders to recruit on, an internal job posting website, industry leading social media support, and plenty more!

**REQUIREMENTS** 

  • Five or more years of proven Tech recruiting success, preferably in an search firm environment, a friendly and customer service, relationship minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, strong organizational skills and strong computer skills is preferred.
  • BS or BA degree is preferred, as proper search is about solving very complex tech business challenges.
  • Previous sales and/or relational customer service experience in any industry is preferred.

**COMPENSATION** 

  • AllSearch offers a reliable base salary plus a very strong monthly commission and bonus package, most Recruiters at this level earn well over $100,000/annually by the second year.
