Inside Sales Manager for  Leading International Manufacturer - SAP Experience - Base $65k-$75k, Bonus and Benefits. Dallas, TX. 

Our client, a leading international building supply company with a Regional Hub location in the Dallas, TX area, is looking for a strong candidate for their Inside Sales Rep/Manager role due to a recent internal promotion.

This Inside Sales Manager role is a leadership position that is responsible for providing inside sales development, support, and related services for their Dallas based team.  This is a strong long term career opportunity. This person will report to the Market Manager and will basically serve as their right-hand person.  This person will also be responsible for leading various strategic initiatives as they relate to the company’s products and sales procedures.  They will serve as an individual contributor to the sales team as well. 

Other specific duties include:  Provide inside sales support and other related administrative services for the assigned region; work with Operations and Sales team members to handle and avoid potential service issues; Maintain and keep current detailed records, reports and customer data; be involved in strategic planning along with the Regional VP’s; mentor and guide other Inside Sales Reps and Trainees to ensure success; and more.

The company has been in business for over 70 years, and has been profitable every single year of their existence.  They are recently in the midst of some very impressive growth, and it is a great time to be involved in their organization as they are projecting a ton of development in the coming years.  In terms of their sales culture, this is strictly business to business sales.  As they are a manufacturer, their products are sold to small and large retailers and lumber yards such as Lowes stores, 84 Lumber and more.  

Compensation for this position include a strong base salary around $65k-$75k plus an annual profit sharing program and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and much more.

An ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree along with a solid background in inside sales and account management.  Some leadership experience is a plus, though not required.  Candidate must have a strong level of SAP experience and expertise.  Should have solid proficiency with computers and spreadsheets.
