Our client, a leading manufacturer of aluminum windows, has an immediate need for a skilled Territory Sales Rep to cover their Chicago territory.

The company is a strong and growing company that has over 30 years of industry experience. During this time, they have grown to be one of the largest window manufacturers in the country. And with additional expansion, they will continue their aggressive growth into the next decade. The company has multiple manufacturing sites around the country along with many other regional branch locations. Their product line provides architectural designers a wide variety of green and energy efficient solutions. This is a fantastic, privately owned company that offers a top notch work environment and career path.

The Territory Sales Rep will be responsible for taking over accounts in the Chicago Region, and then continuing to grow and develop this market, selling architectural aluminum window products to the commercial markets. Thus, this position will blend both the account management with the new business hunting. In this role, you will be selling to architects, developers, glass houses, wholesalers and general contractors. You will bid projects and have product specified. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager. A full and complete job description will be provided upon interest.

Compensation in this position will include a base salary in the $60k-$70k range. On top of the base salary will include an aggressive commission plan that will put you in the $100k-$150k, with an un-capped potential. This will also include a $500 per month car allowance, company gas card, cell phone, laptop, client and travel expense account and fantastic benefits.

Requirements for the position will include a successful and proven sales background in aluminum window products. That specific industry experience is required in this role.
