Our client, a large national broker with an office in the Silver Spring, MD area, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Support person for their growing commercial team.  This company is fast growing national leader in the Property & Casualty industry.  As a large national firm, there is a ton of career growth potential at this company.  They have low turnover, a good reputation for work-life balance, and will offer excellent ongoing career training and education, giving you a true path for career development and advancement.

In this role, the Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a book commercial lines accounts.  They will report to an Account Executive at the firm, handling many of the administrative functions that are required to maintain a book of Commercial Lines accounts.  Specific duties include responding to all customer and carrier requests, processing new and renewal policy invoicing, following up with carriers regarding outstanding policies and endorsement, reviewing policies and processing endorsements, documenting data into the agency management system, and more.  A full job description will be provided upon interest.

Compensation will include a strong base salary in the $55k range, plus a bonus plan.  In addition, the firm offers a very strong benefits package that will include medical, dental and vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, 401k with a company match, generous paid time off, ongoing training, and much more.

Qualifications for this role include an active Property & Casualty license along with at least 2 years of commercial lines support and servicing experience within a large agency or broker environment.  Must have larger agency experience, and larger client experience.  Strong computer skills are required as well.
