Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 90k/year - Framingham, MA
- Our client, one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerages in the state of MA, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. They offer a full range of brokerage services including employee benefits, property and casualty, and financial and retirement products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Service an existing book of generalist commercial accounts, ranging from car dealerships, manufacturing, municipalities, medical malpractice, construction, wholesalers, restaurants, etc. The size of the book depends on the candidate’s experience.
- Market new business, service of existing business, consulting with clients, and remarketing of renewal business. Assistance will be provided to help with certs, ID cards, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in commercial lines.
- EPIC experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 65k - 90k/year range, plus commission on new business and at renewal.

- In-office training period followed by a hybrid schedule. 3 days in, 2 days remote.
